our story
Hi, we're Wine Me Up.
Wine Me Up was born from a simple frustration: there weren't enough places to enjoy a thoughtful glass of wine without feeling like you needed a sommelier degree to order one — or like you'd accidentally walked into a stuffy library. So we built one.
We're a Black-owned and women-owned wine bar tucked into Issaquah's Gilman Village. Bright, bold, and a little bit extra. Floral wallpaper, a glowing pink neon sign, and a swing on the wall that's begging to be on your camera roll. The playlist? 90s throwbacks, all day, every day.
And yes — we have real food. Peach Brie Dip, Korean Rib Bites, Hot Honey Fried Shrimp, Caprese, plus the charcuterie boards you'd expect. Most people tell us they wish they'd known about the kitchen sooner. Now you do.
Every week we feature a winery we love with Uncorked Tuesday. And throughout the month we spotlight local small businesses, makers, and artists at our many events. We host tastings, pairing classes, live music, and more. And we send updates to our Sip Squad — because the best part of running a wine bar is the people who keep coming back.
what we believe
Our Values
Hospitality first
Every guest, every time. We're in the business of making people feel at home.
Wine without snobbery
Curiosity over expertise. Ask anything — there are no silly questions in our bar.
Community over competition
We celebrate other small businesses and local makers right alongside us.
